Louisiana Cornbread
ingredients
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup buttermilk (don’t substitute)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbs. oil
directions
Mix ingredients well. Mixture will be thin and soupy. Bake in a non-stick muffin tin or non-stick skillet at 450 degrees for 20 minutes.
