Teriyaki Steak Skillet

ingredients
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 boneless beef sirloin steak (1 pound) cut into strips
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 cups minute rice
- 4 cups small broccoli florets
- 1 large red pepper, cut into strips

Heat oil in large skillet on high heat. Add steak and garlic, cook and stir 5 minutes or until steak is cooked through.

Add water and the teriyaki sauce, stir. Bring to boil. Stir in rice, broccoli and red peppers. Return to boil.

Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer5 minutes. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
