Fried Jumbo
Mmmmmmm....fried jumbo. A morning tradition within the inner circle.
ingredients
- 1/2 lb. square bologna
- Good Italian Bread
- Optional:
- Mayo
- Yellow Mustard
- Spicy Brown Mustard
- Tomato

Fry 3-4 pieces of bologna in a frying pan so that each has it’s own space in the pan. Fry on medium heat till warmed through, and browned in places, approximately 5-7 minutes.

Serve on thickly sliced Italian bread. Top with suggested optional toppings listed above or create your own.
