Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip
ingredients
- 10 oz Frozen Spinach thawed and squeezed semi-dry
- 1 can Artichoke Hearts drained and chopped
- 1/4 c butter
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 3 tbsp Chopped Onion or Scallion
- 1/2 c Cream or Half and Half
- 1 package (8 oz) Cream Cheese cut in bits
- 1/2 c Fresh Grated Parmeasan Cheese
- 3 dashes Tabasco sauce or to taste
- 1/2 c Grated Sharp Cheddar

Get pre-made Sourdough, cut hole in the middle and spoon in dip. Cut the insides into chunks and serve.
