ingredients

  • 10 oz Frozen Spinach thawed and squeezed semi-dry
  • 1 can Artichoke Hearts drained and chopped
  • 1/4 c butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 3 tbsp Chopped Onion or Scallion
  • 1/2 c Cream or Half and Half
  • 1 package (8 oz) Cream Cheese cut in bits
  • 1/2 c Fresh Grated Parmeasan Cheese
  • 3 dashes Tabasco sauce or to taste
  • 1/2 c Grated Sharp Cheddar

Get pre-made Sourdough, cut hole in the middle and spoon in dip. Cut the insides into chunks and serve.
