Mexican Layered Dip
ingredients
- 2 cans of bean dip (I use one hot and one regular)
- 4-6 avocados (or ready made guacamole in the refrigerated section)
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1 small can chopped black olives
- 1 small chopped tomato

Layer a 9x13 dish with the 2 cans of bean dip.

Prepare the guacamole using the avocados smashed with some season salt and a T. of hot sauce.

Layer this on top of the bean dip.

Next mix the sour cream and mayonnaise with the taco seasoning mix and layer on top of guacamole.

Sprinkle with grated cheddar, onion, olives, and tomatoes. Serve with tortilla chips.
