Mexican Layered Dip

ingredients

  • 2 cans of bean dip (I use one hot and one regular)
  • 4-6 avocados (or ready made guacamole in the refrigerated section)
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 small can chopped black olives
  • 1 small chopped tomato

     Layer a 9x13 dish with the 2 cans of bean dip.

  • 2

     Prepare the guacamole using the avocados smashed with some season salt and a T. of hot sauce.

     Layer this on top of the bean dip.

  • 4

     Next mix the sour cream and mayonnaise with the taco seasoning mix and layer on top of guacamole.

  • 5

     Sprinkle with grated cheddar, onion, olives, and tomatoes. Serve with tortilla chips.
