SUNDAY POTATOES
ingredients
- 1 bag Ore-Ida 24 oz. frozen hash browns 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes

Sauté chopped onion and butter until onions are clear. Add bag of hash browns and mix together. Transfer to a 9x13 pan. In a separate bowl mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream and shredded cheese. Pour that mixture over hash browns and onion. Top with crushed corn flakes and melted butter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
