Layered Bean Dip
ingredients
- 3 medium ripe avocados
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 package Lawry’s taco seasoning
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 1 can Frito-Lay bean dip
- 1 large green onion, chopped
- 2 - 3 medium tomatoes, chopped (cored and seeded)
- 1 - 2 cans sliced ripe olives
- 1 package cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 package Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
- Tortilla chips

1. Bean dip.

Mix: 2 cans bean dip. (For a larger batch, add 1 can spicy re-fried beans and mix in green chilies to taste).

2. Seasoned avocado mixture.

Mix: avocados, lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste.

3. Sour cream mixture.

Mix: sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning packet.

4. Chopped onion, tomatoes & olives (add shredded lettuce if desired).

5. Cover with shredded cheese (cheddar and Monterrey Jack) mixture .

Serve with tortilla chips.
