Brownie Batter Cupcakes
1 box brownie mix
2 eggs
1/2 cups canola oil
1/4 cups water
1 box white cake mix
2 Tbs. canola oil
1 1/3 cups water
3 eggs
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine brownie mix, eggs, 1/2 cup oil, and 1/4 cup water in a bowl. Mix until combined, about 50 strokes. Set aside.
Combine cake mix and remaining ingredients. Beat on low until combines, then on medium for about 2 minutes.
Spoon brownie batter into lined muffin tins, filling cups about 1/3.
Spoon cake batter over brownie batter, filling cups about 2/3+.
Bake at 350°F for about 20 min (baking time will vary by oven). Cupcakes are done when you touch the top and they spring back.
Cool and frost with buttercream frosting.
