Touchdown Taco Dip
This dip is great for Super Bowl parties!
ingredients
- 16 oz. refried beans
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 Tablespoons taco seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ripe olives, sliced
- 1 medium tomato
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
- Shredded lettuce
- Tortilla chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread refried beans over the bottom of a 9x9 pyrex pan. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning and garlic. Spread the mixture over the beans. Spread the shredded cheese over the top. Bake for 15-18 minutes until warm and the cheese melts. Cover with lettuce and top with olives, tomato bits, and green onions.

Serve with warm tortilla chips and enjoy!
