Crab Supper Pie (Quiche
ingredients
- 1 Unbaked 9" pastry shell 1 cup Light cream
- 1 cup Shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.) 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 7 1/2 oz. Can of crab meat drained & flaked or use fresh 1/2 tsp. Grated lemon peel
- 2 bunchs Green onions / tops, sliced finely 1/4 tsp Dry mustard and dash of mace
- 3 lg. Eggs, beaten 1/4 cup Sliced almonds

Sprinkle cheese over bottom of pastry. Top with crab meat, sprinkle green onions.

Combine eggs, cream, salt, mustard, mace, and lemon peel. Pour over crab. Top with almonds. Bake @325 degrees for about 45 min. (till set). Let stand 10 min. before cutting.
