Bleu Cheese and Black Olive Cheese Ball
This is a very tasty and popular cheese ball.
ingredients
- 1 8 ounce package cream cheese
- 2 4 ounce packages of bleu cheese
- 1/2 half stick of butter
- 1 small can of chopped black olives
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- Chopped walnuts or pecans

Make sure all of the cheeses and the butter arre at room temperature.

Combine the cheeses and the butter, add the black olives and the parsley.

Turn the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap. Shape into a ball and refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight. Press the chopped nuts into the outside of the ball. Serve with crackers such as ritz or saltines.
notes
You may hadd a few drops of hot sauce or use the chopped olives with jalapena pepers if you want more of a kick.
