Loaded Mash Potato Casserole
ingredients
- 5 1/2 cups mash potoates
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz. container sour cream
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
directions
Combine all ingredients except cheddar cheese and bacon. Beat at medium-high speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Spoon into a lightly greased 13 x 9 inch pan; top with cheese and bacon. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes or until cheese melts.
