Rosemary Dijon Grilled Chicken

An easy to make meal, and SO delicious!
ingredients
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. chopped rosemary (see note)
- 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
- 2-4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 lemon

1. Combine garlic and the next 6 ingredients in a large ziploc bag and squeeze to combine these ingredients. Add chicken and squish the bag to coat, seal the bag and chill 1 to 24 hours.

2. Preheat grill to 350° (medium high heat) Remove chicken from the marinade and discard.

3. Grill chicken with the lid closed for 5 to 7 minutes on each side. Transfer chicken to a large piece of foil and squeeze lemon juice over the chicken. Cover the chicken completely and let stand for 10 minutes.
notes
In place of the rosemary you can also try, thyme, oregano, or cilantro...or any combination of all of these herbs.
