POTATO CASSEROLE
ingredients
- 32 OZ.frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 can cream of potato or celery soup
- 12 oz. grated cheddar
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- TOPPING
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes
- 1/2 cup melted butter (a little less )

Put potatoes in 9x13 casserole.

Mix other ingredients and pour over.

Combine topping ingredients and pour over casserole.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
