ingredients

  • 32 OZ.frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 can cream of potato or celery soup
  • 12 oz. grated cheddar
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • TOPPING
  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes
  • 1/2 cup melted butter (a little less )

directions

  • 1

    Put potatoes in 9x13 casserole.

  • 2

    Mix other ingredients and pour over.

  • 3

    Combine topping ingredients and pour over casserole.

  • 4

    Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
