Cheese and Sausage Grits
ingredients
- 1 pound regular sausage browned
- Tabasco sauce to taste
- Garlic powder to taste
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 cup instant grits
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup grated extra sharp cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 large eggs, well beaten

Brown sausage and drain. Add Tabasco, garlic, salt pepper to sausage. Set aside.

Cook grits in 2 cups boiling water.

Add all ingredients stirring until well mixed.

Put into well buttered 9 x 13 x 2 baking dish.

Uncovered 350° 1 hour
