Shelly Folk's Chicken with Artichokes and Mushrooms
ingredients
- 3 lbs. of chicken cutlets
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 tbs. oil
- 1 jar artichokes
- 1/4 lb. mushrooms
- 2 tbs. flour
- 3/4 cup beef bullion
- 3 tbs. sherry
- garlic to taste

Season chicken and brown in saute pan

Arrange chicken and artichokes in baking dish

Saute mushrooms and sprinkle with flour
- 4
Stir in stock and sherry

Simmer 5 minutes
- 6
Pour over chicken - Cover - bake at 350
