Susan Geisler's Asian Slaw Salad
A sure favorite for a large crowd!! Goes great with a summer BBQ!
ingredients
- 1-1 lb. bag angel hair slaw
- 6 ounces sliced almonds
- 1 pkg. beef ramen noodles
- 3/4 c. sunflower seeds.
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
directions

Combine almonds, ramen noodles, and sunflower seeds and bake at 350 about 5-8 minutes. Cool completely.

To make dressing, combine vinegar, sugar, oil, and flavor packet from ramen and mix in blender.

Combine all with slaw and enjoy!!
