pasta with spring herbs

ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. dried pasta
  • 1/2 c. roughly chopped herbs [parsley, chervil, tarragon, dill, basil]
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. finely grated lemon zest
  • 1 T. frsh lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 c. shredded parmesan cheese

  • 1

    Cook pasta in large pot. Drain pasta, toss with mixed herbs, oil, lemon zest and juice, salt and pepper, and .25 c. of parmesan.

    Serve with remaining cheese on top.
