pasta with spring herbs
ingredients
- 1/2 lb. dried pasta
- 1/2 c. roughly chopped herbs [parsley, chervil, tarragon, dill, basil]
- 2 T. olive oil
- 2 tsp. finely grated lemon zest
- 1 T. frsh lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. shredded parmesan cheese

Cook pasta in large pot. Drain pasta, toss with mixed herbs, oil, lemon zest and juice, salt and pepper, and .25 c. of parmesan.

Serve with remaining cheese on top.
