Chocolate Covered Toffee Brittle
A holiday favorite.
ingredients
Toffee- 1 Tbsp light corn syrup
- 1/2 lb butter
- 3 Tbsp water
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup ground almonds
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup pecans, chopped
directions
Stir constantly until brown. Pour on buttered cookie sheet. Top with chocolate chips and pecans.
