Bacardi Rum Cake
“This is a happy cake!”
ingredients
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 sm instant vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tea oil
- 1/2 cup dark rum
- icing:
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/ cup powder sugar
- 1/2 cup rum
- Cook and stir until mixed well

Mix cake mix, pudding mix together with eggs, water, oil and rum.

Place chopped nuts in bottom of oiled bundt/tube cake pan. Pour cake mixture over nuts and bake 325 for 1 hour. Cool. With tooth pick, poke top of cake. Pour warm icing over top of cake.
