ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 sm instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tea oil
  • 1/2 cup dark rum
  • icing:
  • 1/4 cup softened butter
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/ cup powder sugar
  • 1/2 cup rum
  • Cook and stir until mixed well

    Mix cake mix, pudding mix together with eggs, water, oil and rum.

    Place chopped nuts in bottom of oiled bundt/tube cake pan. Pour cake mixture over nuts and bake 325 for 1 hour. Cool. With tooth pick, poke top of cake. Pour warm icing over top of cake.
