Easter favorite!
ingredients
- l large pkg. lime Jello (or another flavor
- 2 cups boiling water
- l lg. can crushed pineapple
- l pkg. 3 oz. cream cheese
- l cup chopped pecans
- 1 sm. can evaporated milk
directions
Dissolve jello in hot boiling water. Add cream cheese and whip until dissolved. Add nuts, pineapple and evaporated milk. Pour into jello mold and refrigerate until set.
