Shrimp
ingredients
- 2 lbs of shrimp – cleaned and shells off
- 4 Cloves of garlic chopped
- 1/4 Cup of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
- 3 lemon rinds grated
- Salt and pepper
- Italian style bread crumbs
directions
Add all ingredients except bread crumbs in a dish for 1/2 day to overnight. Coat each shrimp with bread crumbs and place on a greased baking pan. Bake at 375 for 15 minute or until cooked through.
