Italian Spaghetti Sauce
ingredients
- 2 lbs. Italian Sausage (mild or medium)
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1 LG can (15 OZ) Tomato Sauce
- 1 sm can (6 OZ) Tomato paste & 2 cans of water
- 1 TBSP Basil
- 1 Clove of minced Garlic
- Pinch of Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp of Sugar
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup Grated Cheese (Italian Asiago or Parmesan)

Ground beef.... add all other ingredients and simmer for an hour. Add sausage in meatball form and simmer 2 hours. Serve over pasta.
