Egg Casserole
ingredients
- 6 slices of bread
- 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 3 eggs beaten
- 2 cups milk
- salt
- pepper

Cube the bread and cheese. Toss together in a greased casserole pan. Mix eggs and milk together, add melted butter.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Bake 1 hour or until set at 350°

This is the famous egg casserole recipe from Kathy Lauer. This is served every Thanksgiving and Christmas morning.
