Cocolocos
ingredients
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 c. oats
- 1 c. sweetened coconut
- 1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped

Preheat oven to 375°

In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugars until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla. Stir in the flour, baking soda and salt and mix thoroughly. Stir in the chocolate chips, oats, coconut and nuts. Place large teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheets and bake.
