Asian Grilled Chicken
ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp finely snipped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 medium garlic clove, minced
- 3 skinless chicken breast halves
- Cooking spray

In a small bowl, whisk together the marinade ingredients. Pour into a large resealable plastic bag.

Add the chicken to the marinade. Seal the bag & turn to coat. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, turning occasionally.

Grill the chicken until no longer pink, brushing the pieces with marinade and turning frequently.
