Sandra's Oven Beef Stew
ingredients
- 1 lb stew meat (season to taste with salt
- pepper, garlic powder & greek
- seasoning)
- 1 large onion sliced
- 5 potatoes cut into medium sized cubes
- 1 lb carrots cut into medium size pieces
- 4 ribs celery cut into 1 inch pieces
- 3 Tbs tapioca
- 2 cans (12 oz each) V-8 juice
directions

Place beef and vegetables in large oven safe pot.

Mix together the tapioca and V-8 juice. Pour over the meat and vegetables.

Cover with foil then the lid of the pot. Put in oven at 250 degrees for 5 hours.

Serve with salad and crusty bread.
