  • 1 Box Mochiko Flour
  • 2 1/2 C. Sugar
  • 1 t. Baking Powder
  • 1 t. Vanilla
  • 5 Drops Food Coloring
  • 1 Can Coconut Milk
  • 1 3/4 C. Water
  • Potato Starch (Katakuriko)

  • 1

    Mix and pour in greased 9“x13” aluminum pan (not glass). Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

  • 2

    Don’t open foil. Make sure it’s still tight. Let sit in pan over night on the counter. Cut and roll in potato starch.
