Mochi
ingredients
- 1 Box Mochiko Flour
- 2 1/2 C. Sugar
- 1 t. Baking Powder
- 1 t. Vanilla
- 5 Drops Food Coloring
- 1 Can Coconut Milk
- 1 3/4 C. Water
- Potato Starch (Katakuriko)

Mix and pour in greased 9“x13” aluminum pan (not glass). Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

Don’t open foil. Make sure it’s still tight. Let sit in pan over night on the counter. Cut and roll in potato starch.
