Cuban Rolls
These rolls are great for sandwiches or just plain eating.
ingredients
- 15 oz. Water
- 1/2 oz. Dry Active Yeast
- 1 oz. Sugar
- 1 lb., 8 oz. Bread Flour
- 1/2 oz. Sea Salt
- Bread Flour for dusting

Place all ingredients into stand mixer in the order given

Mix on speed “1” for 2 minutes

Mix on speed “2” for 6-7 minutes

Place on parchment on a sheet pan, wrap, and retard overnight in the fridge.

Next day...Punch down and form 3-3.5 oz. balls. Cover and let rise for 20 minutes or until double in size

Place on parchment on sheet pan

Spray with water, dust with flour, cut 3 slits on top

Bake at 350 on top rack until golden brown (15 min.)
