Cheesy Bacon Tomato Cups

I made these for your 4th “princess” birthday party and they were a hit!

ingredients

  • 10 oz. can refrigerated flaky biscuits
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Hormel “Real” Bacon Bits
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar/Colby blend
  • 1 tomato - chopped
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 3 green onions - chopped

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    1. Separate each biscuit into 2 or 3 thinner biscuits. Press individually into mini muffin pan.

    2. In small bowl, mix bacon, green onion, tomato, cheese, basil in with mayonnaise. Season with salt & pepper.

    3. Mound into biscuit cups and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
