Biscuit Sausage Quiche
ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) package breakfast sausage
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 10 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (16.3 ounce) can refrigerated biscuits

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. In large skillet, brown sausage, onion and green pepper; drain well. Combine eggs, cheese and sausage mixture.

2. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Press biscuits into bottom of 13x9x2-inch glass baking dish. Pour sausage mixture into biscuit-lined dish.

3. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until quiche is set and crust is deep golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
