delicious wings
ingredients
- cut chicken wings
- fresh vegetable oil
- flour
- hot sauce
- butter
- worchester sauce
- garlic powder
- salt
directions
heat vegetable oil to 350 or when flour sprinkled in rapidly goes away.in a seperate pot one pint of hot sauce 4 yes 4 sticks of butter real butter one tablespoon ay worchester and 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder....slowly bring these ingredients to just below boil.now take precut chicken wings...you might have to seperate the wing from the drumete.dont try cooking them all together...ok so take your wings and coat them in as much flour as will stick to your washed wings...washen in water good.paper towel them dry now cover and smother with flour.use a big pot and at least a quart of oil....have fun disposing of the oil when we are done...its the CATCH to this heavenly meal...put in just enough wings so that they can all float to the top...thats when they are ready...but be safe and let them go 3 more minutes after floating...if the oil satrts smoking you have to take the whole pot off the burner and turn down the heat...anyway hoping you havent burnt the house down take your wings and drain them....take your sauce and put 2 tablespoons in a large bowl add approx. 10 wings to the bowl and try flipping them around until they are covered in sauce....u r going to love this....pour the old oil in your neighbors yard...not really...but it is hard to figure out wat to do with it
