Macaroni Salad (CL)
ingredients
- 2/3 c lowfat sour cream
- 1/3 c light mayo
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 Tbsp spicy brown mustard
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 4 c cooked elbow macaroni (about 8 oz uncooked pasta)
- 1/4 c sliced green onions
- 1 cup frozen green peas, thawed
- 3/4 c (3 oz) diced sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c diced carrot, green bell pepper adn sliced celery
- Add roasted chicken
directions
Combine ingredients. Cover and chill.
