Rachel's Squash Kugel
ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 packages defrosted Bird’s eye butternut squash
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup soy milk or non dairy creamer

Mix together ingredients

Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray and pour mixture in

Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top and bake at 375 degrees for one hour or until it’s solid and golden
