Shrimp Bianca Pizza

ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 boboli thin pizza crust
  • 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup coarsely grated Parmesan
  • 1/2-pound of grated mozzarella, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh basil chopped
  • 1/2 lb. of cooked shrimp, ingredients to follow:
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of dry white wine
  • 1/2 tablespoon on dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 lb. of cooked baby portobellos recipe as follows:
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of dried white wine
  • 1/2 of a bullion cube
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 small white onion, cut into thin strips and caramelized, recipe as follows:
  • 1/2 tablespoon of butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    In small saute pan cook mushrooms based on recipe above, set aside.

    Then cook shrimp based on recipe above and set aside.

    Finally cook onions based on recipe above and set aside.

    Brush dough with olive oil. Smear minced garlic over dough. Top with Italian seasoning, ricotta,and sliced mozzarella. then add cooked shrimp, onions, and mushrooms and top with mozeralla, basil, and sea salt and freshly ground pepper.

    Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling and the edges are golden brown.
