Oven Baked Crab (or Smoked Fish) Dip
ingredients
- Mix 1 6 oz. crabmeat or
- Smoked fish of your choice
- 1 8oz. Pkg Cream Cheese softened
- 1/3 C. Mayonnaise
- 1 T. Powdered Sugar
- 1 T. Chablis or Vermouth
- 1/2 t onion juice
- 1/2 t. prepared mustard
- 1/4 t. garlic powder
- 1/4 t. salt

* Spoon mixture lightly into greased baking dish

* Bake at 375 for 15 minutes
- 3
* Sprinkle with Parsley or Paprika
- 4
* Serve warm with crackers
