ingredients
- 16 oz bag large elbow macaroni
- 2 small cans tomato sauce
- Vegetable oil
- Dried onion flakes or fresh onion
- Crema Mexicana (Cacique brand)--
- “Mexican Sour Cream”
- Salt & Pepper

In a large pot, heat 3 Tbsp oil.

When hot, add large elbow macaroni.

Cook until brown.

Add chopped white onion or sprinkle onion flakes.

Add tomato sauce & enough water to cover the macaroni. Add salt & pepper.

Cook over low flame for about 20 minutes.

Add the Creme Mexicana, mix & enjoy!
