Green Curry
Very tasty green curry - add any vegetables you like! Especially good with Thai basil and Thai eggplant from the garden.
ingredients
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 3 Tbsp green curry paste (or more, to taste)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Thai basil (or sweet if necessary), chiffonaded
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 package frozen green peas
- 2 cups cooked skinless, boneless, chopped or shredded chicken
directions
Add all items and heat through. Serve over basmati rice.
