Grandma Oehrle's Coffe Cake
ingredients
- 1/2 C. Butter
- 1 C. Sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 C. flour
- 1 t. Baking powder
- 1 t. Baking soda
- 1/2 t. Salt
- 1 C. sour cream
- 1 t. vanilla
- Pecan Topping:
- 3/4 C. Brown Sugar
- 1 T. Flour
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 2 T. butter
- 1 C. chopped nuts
- 2 T. butter

* Cream- 1/2 C. Butter and

*Add- 3 eggs (one at a time) Beat well after each.

*Sift- 2 C. Flour

*Add-to creamed mixture, alturnately w/ 1 C. Sour cream

*Add- 1 t Vanilla

*Spread- in greased pan 13x9

*Add- Pecan Topping

*Bake 30 to 40 minute - 350 F
