BAKED CHICKEN CASSEROLE
A great recipe for leftover chicken or turkey.
ingredients
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken or turkey
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup plain rice, cooked
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can cream chicken soup
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 3/4 cup sliced water chestnuts
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup melted oleo
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes

Combine everything but oleo and cornflakes. Pour into buttered dish.

Blend oleo and cornflakes. Sprinkle over top of mixture.

Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes.
