Mom's Caesar Salad Dressing

A Cadwell family favorite!
ingredients
- 1/4 C olive oil
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 - 4 T finely grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp anchovy paste
- Tabasco to taste
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard
- a few drops each of lemon juice and red wine vinegar
- splash of half and half
- salt and lots of freshly ground black pepper
- garlic and butter croutons
- Romaine lettuce
