I LIKE THIS WITH TWO PACKAGES OF THE TOP RAMEN NOODLES
ingredients
- 2 CHICKEN BREASTS HALVES, COOKED & SHREDDED
- 1 HEAD CABBAGE SLICED THINLY 1/2 RED, 1/2 GREEN
- 2 TBSP SESAME SEEDS
- 1 (16-oz) CAN OF CHUNK PINEAPPLE, DRAINED
- 1/2 CUP SLIVERED ALMONDS
- 1 PKG RAMEN CHICKEN, JUST THE NOODLES, UNCOOKED
- 4 GREEN ONIONS, CHOPPED
- 1 TSP SESAME OIL
- 1 (11-OZ) CAN MANDARINE ORANGES, DRAINED
- 2 TBSP SUGAR
- 1/4 TSP PEPPER
- 1/4 TSP SALT
- 1/3 CUP OLIVE OIL
- 1/4 CUP RICE VINEGAR
- FLAVOR PACK FROM TOP RAMEN

TOAST ALMOND AND SESAME SEEDS IN OIL UNTIL LIGHT BROWN IN 350 DEGREE OVEN

TOSS WITH CABBAGE, ADD ONIONS
- 3
BREAK UP NOODLES, ADD ORANGES AND PINEAPPLE TO SALAD
- 4
PUT ON DRESSING AT THE LAST MINUTE
DRESSING
MIX ALL ABOVE INGREDIENTS, SHAKE WELL AND POUR OVER SALAD WHEN READY TO SERVE
