ingredients

  • 2 CHICKEN BREASTS HALVES, COOKED & SHREDDED
  • 1 HEAD CABBAGE SLICED THINLY 1/2 RED, 1/2 GREEN
  • 2 TBSP SESAME SEEDS
  • 1 (16-oz) CAN OF CHUNK PINEAPPLE, DRAINED
  • 1/2 CUP SLIVERED ALMONDS
  • 1 PKG RAMEN CHICKEN, JUST THE NOODLES, UNCOOKED
  • 4 GREEN ONIONS, CHOPPED
  • 1 TSP SESAME OIL
  • 1 (11-OZ) CAN MANDARINE ORANGES, DRAINED
DRESSING
  • 2 TBSP SUGAR
  • 1/4 TSP PEPPER
  • 1/4 TSP SALT
  • 1/3 CUP OLIVE OIL
  • 1/4 CUP RICE VINEGAR
  • FLAVOR PACK FROM TOP RAMEN

    TOAST ALMOND AND SESAME SEEDS IN OIL UNTIL LIGHT BROWN IN 350 DEGREE OVEN

  • 2

    TOSS WITH CABBAGE, ADD ONIONS

  • 3

    BREAK UP NOODLES, ADD ORANGES AND PINEAPPLE TO SALAD

  • 4

    PUT ON DRESSING AT THE LAST MINUTE

MIX ALL ABOVE INGREDIENTS, SHAKE WELL AND POUR OVER SALAD WHEN READY TO SERVE
