Gazpacho St. Louis
ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups V-8 juice (or 1 large can)
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 tomato soup can of water
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup tomato, chopped
- 1 T. wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 T. olive oil
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- white pepper to taste
directions
Combine everything in blender, mix well, cover and chill.
notes
I do not put this in the blender---I don't like the color. When all the veggies are fresh, this is really good
