Spicy Peanut Dipping Sauce
We use this dipping sauce mainly on grilled chicken or fish, but it can also be used as a spicy peanut dressing on a cabbage slaw.
ingredients
- 1/4 cup lite soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp unrefined sugar
- 1/2 tsp coarse salt
- 1 tbsp minced fresh gingerroot
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 tbsp peanut oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce or sriracha sauce
directions
Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Makes about 1-1/2 cups.
