Rachel's Tuna Spaghetti
Really good and easy to make!
ingredients
- 2 packages of tuna
- 1/2 box of whole wheat spaghetti
- 2 tbs. minced garlic
- 1 small onion chopped
- 3 tbs. lemon juice
- 4 tbs. olive oil
- 1 cup parmesan cheese

1.Cook spaghetti in about 5 cups of water on high heat and let boil until done.

2.Put garlic and olive oil in a separate skillet over medium heat and cook until garlic is brown.

3.As soon as the garlic starts to brown put tuna in medium skillet and add a little more olive oil and let the tuna cook and soak up the olive oil.

4.When spaghetti is done take a pair of tongs and remove spaghetti from its pot and place into the medium skillet with the tuna.

5.When you have taken out all of the spaghetti, take a coffee cup and get about half a cup of the water that the spaghetti boiled in and place the water in the skillet with the tuna and spaghetti and turn the heat on high for about 3-4 minutes.

6.Check the skillet to see if the water has cooked away and if so turn off the heat and sprinkle the tuna and spaghetti with parmesan cheese and put the lid on the skillet and let set for 1-2 minutes and then enjoy dinner!
