Sweet Chicken Wings, or Breasts, or Whatever
Easy to make and great for crowds or kids! Tastes good warmed up if there’s any left.
ingredients
- 3 lbs. Chicken Wings, Breasts or Thighs (I like to use boneless breasts or thighs)
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 Cup Flour
- 1 Cup Butter
- 3 T Soy Sauce
- 3 T Water
- 1 Cup White Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Vinegar

Dip chicken in slightly beaten egg, and then dip in flour. Fry in butter until deep brown and crisp. Place in shallow roasting pan. Mix all sauce ingredients together and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Baste or turn chicken once while cooking.

Serve with rice and green beans with cashews.
