Greek Layer Dip with Cucumber & Feta Cheese

ingredients
- 1 8 oz. container soft cream cheese with chives and onion
- 1 8 0z. container hummus
- 1 cucumber (peeled-seeded-chopped)
- 3 plum tomatoes, seeded, chopped
- 1 can (2 1/4) sliced ripe black olives
- 1 40z crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Spread cream cheese on bottom of serving dish. Spread hummus evenly over. Top with remaining ingredients in order listed. Serve with crisp pita chips.

To make the pita chips:

Oven to 350 degrees. Split three 6 inch pita breads into two rounds each. Cut each round into 8 wedges. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Spray wedges with cooking oil and lightly sprinkle garlic powder. Bake for 5 - 7 minutes. Cool and serve.
