Sauteed Broccoli Rabe and Peas
ingredients
- 1 bunch of broccoli rabe
- 10 oz frozen peas
- 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- Salt and Pepper

Cut broccoli rabe into 1 1/2 inch pieces, discarding the end of the stems. Cook for about 4 minutes in boiling water until wilted, 2-3 minutes.

Heat oil and garlic in a skillet on high heat until golden. Discard the garlic and add the broccoli rabe and peas stirring for about 2 minutes.
