ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can mashed refried beans
  • 1 can 8 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup green pepper
  • 2-3 drops of red pepper sauce
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • Sour cream topping
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 T. grated cheese
  • 1/8 t. chili powder
  • finely shredded lettuce
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Corn chips

    Crumble ground beef. Cover. Microwave high 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes; stir; drain. Stir in beans, tomato sauce, seasoning mix, onion, green pepper, pepper sauce and garlic. Cover; micro on high 3 minutes. Stir. Spread in 9 inch pie plate. Cover and micro wave until hot and bubbly 3-4 minutes.

    Mound sour cream topping in center of beef mixture; sprinkle with shredded lettuce and cheese. Serve with corn chips.
