Garlic Green Beans
ingredients
- 2 T. Olive Oil
- 2 T. Butter
- 1 lb. green beans (fresh)
- 1 1/2 tsp. marjoram
- 2 T. garlic
- salt/pepper to taste
- estimated 3 T. water
directions
Over medium high heat, melt butter & olive oil. Add beans, dash with salt and pepper. Saute until light brown (about 3 minuntes) Add marjoram and garlic. Saute one minute. Add water, reduce heat. Cover, cook 15-20 minutes. Top with Parmesean chees and serve.
